Rohit is a seasoned Professional with over 25 years experience of working as Senior Leader with various Multinational Organisations. A Strategic thinker & Planner with experience in handling leadership roles, Rohit brings leadership and continuity to the PARWA council.

Mr. Rajeev Vijay

General Secretary

At Knight Frank, Rajeev leads Government and Infrastructure Advisory helping client’s structure, market and better deliver their infrastructure projects, including using potential of real estate. With 25 years of experience in consulting with leading firms like Jacobs, CH2M, Halcrow and Scott Wilson, Rajeev’s contribution in the council at PARWA is most precious.

Mrs. Kanika Sarin

Treasurer

Kanika is a part qualified Actuary with 18+ years of experience in Actuarial domain. She has been in leadership roles in various MNCs and is currently working as a consultant for a UK based organization. Her interests include travelling, gardening and listening to music. She is a strong advocate for natural remedies and healing. With her go-getter and persevering attitude, Kanika brings energy and passion to the PARWA Governing Council.

Mr. Shyam Sunder Sharma

Member of Governing Council / Executive Committee

Shyam Sunder Sharma is a retired Joint Secretary of Govt of India with 38years of service in the Central Ministries of Defense, Information & Broadcasting, Central Board of Direct Taxes, Steel and Social Justice & Empowerment. The PARWA Council is honored to get his guidance, advice and proficiency.

Mr. Sudhir Kumar Gupta

Member of Governing Council / Executive Committee

Sudhir has over 39 years of experience working with a multinational automobile company. He had a  leadership role in Purchase & Quality. Supplier selection, price negotiation, vendor upgradation, quality assurance and improvement, and cost reduction dealing with over 300 suppliers domestic and overseas was his forte. He brings his vast experience and skills to the PARWA team.

Mr. Rakesh Dabas

Member of Governing Council / Executive Committee

Rakesh is presently with INDIGO airlines. He has more than 20 years of management experience while serving in the Indian Navy earlier. With his experience in management, he would be able to contribute positively to the PARWA team.

Mrs. Richa Sabharwal

Member of Governing Council / Executive Committee

Richa is a learning consultant and instructional designer with over 10 years of experience. Prior to that she has worked as a software professional for 10+ years. With her technical skills and creativity, she brings fresh ideas and new perspectives to the PARWA Council.

Capt. Manish Kumar

Member of Governing Council / Executive Committee

Captain Manish is an Air India pilot with 20 years of flying experience and has served as the General Secratory in the previous PARWA council. His hard work and incessant drive will certainly help PARWA acheive its objectives to serve our Presidia & Araya community.

Mr. Rahul Sharma

Member of Governing Council / Executive Committee

Rahul Sharma, CEO of a multinational corporation, brings extensive industry experience and leadership skills. He’s held diverse roles, including Country Head position in various multinational companies his vast experience in organization and team management will benefit PARWA in achieving its goals.
