Haryana government grants relief to real estate developers; to treat period from April 1 till May 31 as ‘zero period’. This decision by the Haryana cabinet will help ease the financial burden and make good some of the losses incurred during the first quarter, say real estate developers.

On behalf of and at the request of several owners, the PARWA team has been diligently working over the past two years and making continuous effort to communicate and collaborate with Pioneer Urban (PU), the builder of the project. PU has always declined to work with PARWA or to share any details of expense statements with the residents, which is a rightful request of each owner/resident.
On the basis of feedback from members and the contributions made by them, a legal group was formed and PARWA engaged a legal counsel for the redressal of all grievances and to make sure that our members get their rightful dues through the appropriate legal forum and government agencies.
On 10th June 2012, a comprehensive and detailed legal complaint/case was filed at NCDRC against Pioneer Urban.
18 June 2021 is the autogenerated provisional hearing date allocated, but it is likely to change, based on the COVID situation and functioning of NCDRC bench. The legal counsel is in the process of getting the legal notice issued to Pioneer Urban through the court followed by the first hearing date. A successful vaccination drive was organized by PARWA in collaboration with the MAX Hospital, Gurgaon, on the 3rd June 2021. This vaccination camp was organized during the period when the residents were struggling to book vaccination slots through the COWIN app. Residents took advantage of the camp organized in their own residential complex by showing up in large numbers and also getting their staff vaccinated.

The Centre on Wednesday Jun 3,2021 approved the Model Tenancy Act(MTA), 2021 with a provision to set up district-wise rental courts, authorities and tribunals across the country. … The MTA will unlock vacant houses for renting purposes and promote private participation in addressing the housing shortage.

With the COVID-19 cases rising in Gurgaon causing acute shortage of Oxygen Cylinders/Concentrators, Medicines, Supplies and Hospital beds, PARWA created a Task Force and requested its residents and members to contribute to combat emergency situations as they arise within our complex. Resident and Owners were very kind to generously contribute to collect enough funds to stock some key medicines available, purchase two 5L Oxygen Concentrators and plan to purchase another 10L Oxygen Concentrator. The complex is thus equipped sufficiently to fight an emergency situation to ensure home care could be provided at till hospital beds were available.
Several residents and members also regularly provided information on the hospitals available, medicine availability, plasma donors and vaccinations sites to our residents during this difficult period. We laud everyone’s contribution to this cause.
